Refund policy

Per Section 7 of MasterMine's Terms of Service Agreement:

You acknowledge and confirm that the Order is irrevocable and cannot be canceled by the Purchaser.  Any Mining Equipment ordered from Master Mine is not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. The Total Purchase Price paid by Purchaser to Master Mine shall not be subject to any abatement, set-off, claim, counterclaim, adjustment, reduction, or defense for any reason. Refund requests of any kind will not be accepted. We are not liable to you for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, for any failure, delay or error in delivery of the Mining Equipment for any reason whatsoever.
